October’s here, and we’re leaning all the way in on spooky season. From midcentury modern mailboxes that would make the Jetsons jealous to tiny collectible ghosts and stained glass panels that feel like they stepped out of a novel.
This week’s makers are bringing the perfect mix of cozy, quirky, and just a touch of eerie. Oh, and don’t miss our DIY kitchen hack that turns a pool noodle into a high-end Halloween statement!
Atomic Avocado Designs
Mid-century modern can be kinda hit or miss, right? Like sometimes it feels a little too sleek for its own good. But this? Totally different. She’s got all sorts of stuff! Halloween pieces, neat signs, nightlights, even barstools. And yeah…mailboxes. Who makes mid-mod mailboxes? She does.
If you’ve ever wanted your place to feel straight out of a Jetsons episode, this is it. Super fun, a little quirky, and just the right amount of retro. Definitely worth a scroll through her page.

Keeping It Together Pottery
She’s going to be restocking her fall collection on 10/6 and I couldn’t be happier about it. Her mugs are the real deal. They’ve got that perfect cozy-fall vibe. A mug that you’ll instantly include in your rotation.
Heads up though: these always go quick. If you’ve had your eye on one, don’t sleep on this drop. They launch at 7 pm CST on 10/6.

The Maker’s Manual
This week’s DIY is part wreath, part floral arrangement and it lives right under your kitchen cabinets. If you’re short on space above the cabinets, this is the perfect spot to sneak in some Halloween flair.

What you’ll need (all from Dollar Tree):
1 pool noodle
Purple, red, and black faux florals
Glitter pumpkin picks
Mini skeleton hands
Command hooks
Gold spray paint
How to make it:
Measure the space under your cabinets and cut the pool noodle to fit.
Attach command hooks, then secure the noodle underneath.
Trim the florals and pumpkins, then tuck them into the noodle.
Spray paint the skeleton hands gold, glue them to wooden skewers, and add them in for extra drama.
Boom! Now you’ve got a spooky statement piece that looks high-end but only costs a few dollars to make.

Lucid Glass Art
Lucid Glass Art has a brand new drop on 10/3 and it’s stacked with stained glass pieces that look straight out of your favorite novels. “Book Lover” literally beams light off the page, “Love Triangle” feels like a gothic fairy tale, and there’s even a Dark Academia panel complete with skulls and candles. If you’ve ever wanted stained glass that feels personal (and a little dramatic), this is the one to check out.

Blacklillybee
Clay ghosts, but make them collectible. That’s the magic of Blacklillybee. Each piece is a pocket-sized scene: a pumpkin patch, a glowing autumn tree, or ghosts huddled among mushrooms. Cute? Absolutely. Spooky? Just enough.
They’re the kind of minis you’ll want to bring out every October. Or keep out year-round if you’re like us and love how cute they are.
Mark your calendar: her next drop is October 5th at 1 pm MDT. Blink, and these little ghouls will be gone.

That’s a wrap for this week’s dispatch. Whether you’re adding a spooky touch to your kitchen or hunting down the perfect handmade ghost, we hope you found a little something that makes the season brighter (or eerier).
