Happy Halloween! It’s hard to believe we’re already here. This week we’re leaning into the Autumn season and some sneaking in some early hints of the holidays. I’m calling it a bridge between pumpkins and pine!

Tiinas Diary

Tiina’s latest art has that cozy fall feel. Her paintings are so realistic they almost feel like photographs. Regardless of the season, she’s able to capture the essence in every print.

She spends hours on each one, and it shows. My favorite part? Her print club, where she ships a new piece every month in the kind of packaging that feels like a gift. Check that out here.

Her shop is currently closed but I’ve still linked it at the bottom of this section so you can bookmark it and check back when it opens again.

Southern Bales - Art by Allie

Allie’s work sits somewhere between southern rustic and boho chic. She hand-paints everything from wood signs to canvas. There’s a medium for any space.

And now that we’re at Halloween, I have to mention her Christmas collection that has some beautiful pieces. Especially her wreath stamp canvas! I’m partial to Christmas stamp artwork (I have a mug) so it’s a favorite of mine.

The Maker’s Manual

It’s about time for Thanksgiving crafts! These air dry clay place cards are a fun way to start the holiday season. They work as name tags for your Thanksgiving table, but the nice thing is everyone can take them home after and hang them on their Christmas tree or use them as stocking tags.

They’re simple to make, look clean on the table, and feel a little more personal than paper name cards.

Amy Rae Hill

Amy paints galactic scenes on ceramic pieces that look like tiny windows into space. I get Interstellar vibes. I mean that in the most complimentary way possible (it’s my favorite movie). Her work has this otherworldly feel to it, like something you’d spot in a planetarium gift shop but handmade and not from China.

Her next restock is November 8th so keep an eye out for her latest drop!

That’s it for this week’s dispatch. Thanks for reading and for supporting the makers we feature each week. If you end up grabbing something or trying the DIY, tag us @themakersdispatch — we always love seeing it.
